Outline (in English)

Learning Objectives: The goals of this course are to acquire and expand basic knowledge of Chinese and Japanese classical literature.
Learning Activities Outside of the Classroom: Before each class, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapters of the text. After each class, students are expected to revise the class content, read the materials related to the lecture content, and complete assignments. These tasks take four hours each week.
Grading Criteria/Policy: Grading will be based on 14 assignments (70%) and a long report (30%).
