Outline (in English)

【Course outline】 In the era of AI/IoT from IT/ICT, technology accelerates the globalization and the super capitalism, big IT companies like GAFA begin to govern the world, and politics is more economically protectionist trend like U.S. and Brexit. Now, while the framework of nation is more ambiguous, we must pursue to think what kind of awareness we should have, how we should change the world as a citizen, and what the citizenship is during mutual discussion, learning the samples or theories of Japan and U.S., the actual practices, and the new trends by technology evolution.
【Learning Objectives】 The objectives of this course are the followings.
・To understand the citizenship
・To learn how to find agenda of the society, how to make a vision, and how to act
・To be the person who can change the neighborhood, the society, and the world
【Learning activities outside of classroom】 This course requires 2-hour learning at each class which includes preparation, review, submitting a short report. You need to learn the text book.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】  The evaluation consists of 40% learning attitude and 60% term-end report. The criteria is more than 60%. ※Learning attitude is evaluated by a short report at each class. And you must submit a term-end report on the last of this course.
