Outline (in English)

【Course outline】 This course is intended that students understand how a personal business carrier is developed under the structural change of the economic society and the employment system. Students will learn how the circumstances surrounding careers are changing amid changes in the economy and society. This course covers such topics as career self-reliance, the diversity management, and work/life balance.
【Learning Objectives】 The goal of this course is to acquire basic theories and knowledge about business career development, and to understand how career development changes in relation to economic society and corporate personnel management.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】 Before/after each class, students will be expected to spend 2 hours to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】 Final grade will be calculated according to the following process
Term-end examination(60%) and in-class contribution(40%).
