Outline (in English)
This lecture is an introduction to financial instruments in general. We will examine the future role of financial instruments markets based on the following three points.
1) Understand the functions and roles of financial instruments markets.
(2) Learn about the main products in the financial instruments market (stocks, bonds, and investment trusts) (3) Learn about recent market trends and new trends, such as mergers and acquisitions
The lecturers will be practitioners, and based on a basic understanding of financial markets, the course will go beyond theory to touch on topics that are faced in reality.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
この講義は、金融商品一般に関する入門編である。以下の3点を踏まえ、金融商品市場の今後の役割を考察していく。
①金融商品市場の機能と役割を理解する。
②金融商品市場での主な商品（株式・債券・投資信託）を学ぶ。
③M＆Aなど、最近の市場動向や新しい潮流を知る。
講師には実務家を配し、金融市場に対する基本的な理解をベースに、理論に留まらずなるべく現実に直面しているテーマに触れる。
到達目標Goal
株式・債券等、有価証券を活用した直接金融の社会的意義を述べることが出来、また、様々な経済環境下において、それら有価証券の値動きの特徴やリスクの所在を説明することが出来る。
It is possible to explain the social significance of direct financing using securities such as stocks and bonds, and to explain the characteristics and risks of price movements of these securities under various economic environments.

進め方としては、資料を熟読し、15～20分程度の小テストをして頂く予定です。ﾌｨｰﾄﾞﾊﾞｯｸについては、小テストの結果概要を次週講義時に公表し、理解度の低いところを認識してもらい再度重点的に勉強してもらえるよう指導いたします。
As a way to proceed, we plan to read the materials carefully and take a small test of about 15 to 20 minutes. As for feedback, we will announce the summary of the quiz results during the next week's lecture, and we will instruct you to recognize the areas where your understanding is low and to focus on studying again.
