Outline (in English)

NPO/Non Profit Organization is not just organizations to cover government services, but it provides new values and creates civil societies proactively.
Throughout the class, we understand methods of cooperation with NPOs and the future of our society learning historical background of its establishment, its social roles, operational challenges and relations of other social resources such as volunteers, public administrations, CSRs and grant making foundations.

The goals of this course are to “To understand Social significance of Non Profit Organization”.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
- Being yourself.
- Being tolerant of others.
- Facing society in earnest.

Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 40%、Short reports : 10%、in class contribution: 50%
