Outline (in English)

The purpose of this course is that students in the 2nd semester will be have research guidance by research supervisors. A student in course of doctoral degree has to make the theme of his/her doctoral thesis clearer in this semester, if at all possible. In this course, the student will be learn what he/she have to do to make his/her theme clearer. And also he/she will read some academic articles or cases together with the supervisor, and learn how to write an academic article. Through this process, the student will make his/her theme clearer.
At the end of the course, students are expected to explain basic matters and to choose a framework for handling administrative disputes.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following;

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives

　この授業は、博士論文の執筆に向けた研究指導を行うための科目である。具体的には、博士後期課程１年次生の秋学期において、(1)博士論文のテーマを明確化しつつ、(2)博士論文の素材（判例・裁判例、文献、その他の資料）を批判的に検討し、(3)上記テーマにかかる論点を導き出すことを通して、受講者が博士論文の執筆に向けた本格的な準備作業を開始するための土台を作ることを目的とする。
　この授業の受講者は、博士論文の執筆に向けて必要な指導を受けて、博士論文の執筆準備を行い、少なくとも、博士論文において論点となる事項を自ら導き出すことが期待される。

①博士論文について各自が設定したテーマを明確化する
②博士論文で取り上げる素材を適切に理解しつつ問題点を指摘する
③博士論文で検討する論点を導き出す
