Outline (in English)

Hydrogeology. The goals of this course is to understand groundwater resources quantitatively. The first half of this lecture is to have students gain the general aspect of groundwater resource and its relationship to our society. In the second half, the students learn how to code simple groundwater flow on the basis of theoretical aspect of Darcy's law. Students will be expected to have completed the homework after the lecture. Grading will be decided based on mini-exam and final exam (80%), and the quality of the students performance in the lecture (20%).
