Outline (in English)

This class provides an introduction to microeconomic theory. The purpose of this class is to foster the logical thinking skill by understanding the market mechanism and the principles behind it. Furthermore, we aim to think about the real situation from an economic point of view, and also to acquire the fundamental skill required to solve the environmental issues.

Learning activities outside of classroom: Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend about two hours to understand the course content.

Grading Criteria /Policies: Final grade will be calculated according to the following process homework (30%) and term-end examination (70%).
