Outline (in English)

Course outline:
In this course, I explain several basic models, focusing on the relation of the private and public sectors from the standpoint of the applied microeconomics. Students learn the skills to read papers of applied theory on their own.

Learning objective:
The goals of this course are to understand the thoughts of basic theoretical models and economic concepts used in those models.

Leaning activities outside of classroom:
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand course contents and basic concepts of economics.

Grading criteria/policies:
Final grade will be calculated by homework:50% and term exam:50%.
