Outline (in English)

<Course outline>
In the first and second years of the doctoral course, students understand the legal framework of the doctoral dissertation and deepen their theories on the constitutional issues of the research topic, based on previous works.
In the final year of the doctoral course (3 or more years), the student should write in the following order: purpose of the research topic, research method, discussion of constitutional issues, and conclusion.
<Learning Objectives>
The aim of the doctoral course is to elaborate a constitutional theory of the issues to be clarified.
The lectures aim to enable students to examine individual topics and, at the same time, to elucidate the fundamental theoretical problems of constitutional law.
<Learning activities outside of classroom>
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
<Grading Criteria /Policy>
Grading will be decided based on the quality of the students’ contribution in the class(100%).
