Outline (in English)

This course deals with how to plan and conduct experiments of the state-of-the-art research in Frontier Bioscience (genome science, protein science, cell biology and biological systems).
The goals of this course are to acquire experimental techniques for studying the mechanisms of biological function expression at each level of the hierarchy (genome, protein, cell, and biological system) based on the structure, function, interaction, and integration of the biomolecules.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process Reports (40%), presentation (40%), and in class contribution (20%).
