Outline (in English)

Various materials such as a conductor, a semiconductor, and an insulator are used as electronic materials for the electronic devices such as a PC or a smartphone. Particularly, in LSI or the FPD, these materials are applied using the latest nanofabrication techniques. In this lecture, we learn the basics of nanofabrication processing techniques such as substrate preparing, thin film forming, reforming, patterning processes of these materials mainly on LSI and FPD. In addition, an outline about the current status and the issues of the concrete practical techniques are given in this lecture.
