Outline and Objectives
Understanding the optoelectronic systems, learn the architecture of integrated optoelectronic circuits and the operating principles and the device structures of photonics and electronic devices.

Lecture scoring criteria
The report evaluates the following:
・ How well do you understand the optoelectronic system?
・ Are you able to understand the needs of the system?
・ Are you able to discover technical issues for system needs?

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives

光電子システムを俯瞰的に理解し、光デバイスおよび電子デバイスの集積のシステムアーキテクチャーと個別デバイスの原理およびデバイス構造を習得する。
光電子集積デバイスのシステム応用を念頭に技術課題を考える能力を身につける。

到達目標Goal

光電子システムのアーキテクチャーを理解する
光電子システムを設計するための性能要件とアーキテクチャーの整合を理解する
上記、集積システムを構成する各種デバイスの動作原理とデバイス構造、作製方法を理解する。
Understand the architecture of optoelectronic systems.
Understand performance requirements and architecture of photonic integrated circuits Understand the operating principle, device structure, and manufacturing technologies of various devices to make up the integrated system.
