Outline (in English)

The purpose and the overview of the focused semiconductor engineering;
(0) Summary of semiconductor physics; Crystal structure, Bloch equation, Fermi liquids, Physics of mobility until about 700℃, Power FETs, FETs type Hydrogen gas sensors, Physics of temperature dependence of metals such as Cu, Pt, Ti crystals.
(1) A few nm level of ULSI wiring by Cu metals is limited by the Cu-grain boundary resistance instead of Cu resistivity.
(2) Metal/Semiconductor quantum tunneling in ohmic contacts
(3) Hydrogen-assisted lowering potential between Pt grain boundaries shows Vth shift of Pt-gate MOSFETs or the change the Pt films under hydrogen gas environment.
(4) Pt-Ti-O gate Si-MOSFET or SiC MOSFET hydrogen gas sensors
(5) Oxidized Sn semiconductor indicate changing surface potentials by gas adsorption
