Outline (in English)

【Course Outline】The cases that demonstrate the concept of community-based inclusive development in and out of Japan are expected to be examined from the perspective of sustainability, with an analysis of their cyclical and interactive strengths and challenges.
【Learning Objectives】By the end of the course, students are expected to visualize various initiatives being implemented in Japan and abroad, and acquire the ability to connect them to new field practices.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course contents.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】Grading will be decided based on in-class contribution (50%), report and presentation (50%).
