Outline (in English)

This seminar provides a lecture on the formal structures and styles of academic writing. This seminar focuses on two primary areas. The first is essay organization: students will examine the fundamentals of outlining and structuring essays as well as practice writing a variety of essay forms. The second is academic language: students will study the specific vocabulary, conventions, and styles of writing particular to graduate school research. Additionally, students will build confidence and competence in writing preparing for degree paper. The goal of this seminar is to complete the degree paper. Before/after each seminar, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the seminar content. Grading will be decided based on degree paper (100%).
