Outline (in English)

Innovation is required not only in corporate management but also in a wide range of government policies. However, there is a never-ending quest to understand what innovation is and what kind of management is required to realize it. The purpose of this course is to learn and reflect on the important and inherently challenging subject of "managing" innovation.
Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end reports: 40%、Short reports : 30%、in class contribution: 30%
