Outline (in English)
Each region has its own culture-growing base. It is a history that has been created, and it will be necessary to pay attention to the influx of culture from others. Of particular interest in this class is the network of people. I would like to clarify the mechanism of cultural base formation in each region by using examples every time.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
地域にはそれぞれに文化を育てる基盤がある。それは歴史が作ってきたものであり、また他からの文化の流入に注目する必要もあるだろう.。つまり文化が何らかの形で萌芽するためには、その基盤の形成プロセスを見る必要がある。本授業でとくに注目するのはひととひととのネットワークである。毎回、事例を用いることによって、各地域の文化基盤形成のメカニズムを明らかにしていきたい。
到達目標Goal
学習到達点としては現在、地域の文化基盤形成のプロセス、また文化基盤活用の実践の事例についても理解を促進し、また文化のアーカイブ化の重要性についても言及していく。

ハードパワーからソフトパワーへの転換が注目され、文化の重要性の認識が高まっている。また地域創生の観点からすれば、地域個々の文化が住民のアイデンティティ創出や集客事業においても注目されている。つまり文化が何らかの形で萌芽するためには、その基盤の形成プロセスを見る必要がある。具体的には絵画、映画、小説、マンガ、音楽などのコンテンツに注目し、それらを文化資源と捉え、その萌芽の基盤となるネットワーク形成やコミュニティ形成に注目していく。
