Outline (in English)

In recent years, well-being has been attracting attention as an important theme in national policies and corporate management. In this course, we will study the results of research on well-being in various academic fields such as psychology, economics, and business administration. We will discuss what kind of measures are necessary in regional policies and corporate management for people to live and work with well-being , taking up practical examples in regions and companies, and cultivate the knowledge and perspectives necessary for policy proposals.
