Outline (in English)

(Course outline) This course focuses on Python as a scripting language. The course aims to provide understanding of elementary programming techniques. In the latter part of the course, it also focuses on some application cases.
(Learning Objectives) The first goal is to learn the basic concept of programming. The next goal is to be able to create your own programs in Python for the problems you want to solve.
(Learning activities outside of classroom) If you are not able to reach the assigned goal in class, it is recommended that you complete it on your own before the next week's class.
(Grading Criteria /Policy) Grading will be decided based on in-class contribution (25%), mid-term reports (15%), and term-end outcomes of the exercise (60%).
