Outline (in English)

Outline
The purpose of this class is to learn fundamental career theories including the basic mind for career development, the process of job-hunting and recruiting, the ways that companies work, and the social environment surrounding an individual career and organizations at which you will work.

Learning objectives
Students who complete the course will be expected to
(1) understand the basic terms and concepts of the career development theories
(2) begin preparation for job-hunting, using your own thoughts, as the first step for lifelong career development/management.

Learning activities outside of class room
Assignments (that include reaction papers, readings, small reports, and others) will be given at the instructor's discretion.
Two hours for preparation and same hours for review may be required for each class.

Grading criteria/policy
Grading will be decided based on the mid-term or term-end examination (50%) and in-class attitudes and regular assignments (50%).
