Outline (in English)

Enterprise Risk Management refers to the culture, capability, and practice of an organization for risk management integrated with strategy formulation and performance evaluation. In addition, internal control means the control function in the process of governance and management through all the layers of an enterprise organization.
In this class, students learn how to integrate strategy formulation, performance evaluation and risk management at enterprises first, how to build a business process incorporating internal control as a means to realize it learn how to operate. Also learn about planning, procedures, and methods of internal audit as elements related to these in common.
The case study of this class mainly deals with cases of large companies such as large-scale listed companies that are developing globally, but also cases of small listed companies in emerging markets, so as to contribute to improvement of small and medium-sized enterprises.
