Outline (in English)

Students are required to understand the characteristics of disabilities and mental and physical development of infants, children and students with special needs. In particular, they need to acquire basic knowledge about learning and living difficulties of various disabilities, understand the mental and physical development, psychological characteristics, and learning process of the child, and special support education including inclusive education. Understand the philosophy and mechanism of the system.
Students are also have to understand the curriculum and methods of support for infants and children with special needs. In particular, to understand specific examples of support methods, understand the position of class guidance and independence activities in the curriculum, understand the significance and methods of creating individual guidance plans and educational support plans, coordinators and related organizations, Understand the significance of building a support system in collaboration with the home.
Students are still required to understand support of infants and children who are not disabled but have special educational needs. In particular, to understand the learning and living difficulties of children who fall under this case and how to deal with them, and understand the need for systematic measures regarding learning in languages ​​other than their native language and problems of poverty.
