Outline (in English)

【 Course outline】The purpose of this course is to learn the psychological and physiological factors underlying body movements and exercise and understand the learning and development of body movements and physical activities during various physical activities and sports.

【Learning Objectives】By the end of the course, students should be able to:
1. Study the psychological and physiological basis of physical activities.
2. Learn the knowledge and information about the control and development of various body movements.
3. Understand the mechanisms of one's body movements and improve them as necessary.

【Learning activities outside of the classroom】Please gather information about the class contents described in the syllabus at the library before attending the class. In addition, students are expected to review the contents of each class and summarize their thoughts and opinions to prepare a mini-report. The standard time for preparation and review for these classes is two hours each.

【Grading Criteria/Policy】The overall evaluation will be as follows:
1. Class participation and understanding such as evaluated through reaction papers for each class(70%)
2. Mini-report(30%).
If a student is absent or late for class, the evaluation of "Class participation" will be significantly reduced because the student will lose study time to obtain credits.
