Outline (in English)

[Course outline]
In this class, students objectively reconsider themselves through learning about "memory" which is the core of learning.
[Learning Objectives]
The goal is to deepen the understanding of the following elements through the class and to be able to explain them based on their relationship with their own daily life.
1.Human memory can be grasped from multiple perspectives depending on its type and characteristics.
2.Each memory plays an important role in human cognitive activities, including ourselves.
3.It is effective to use appropriate experimental methods to study such memories.
[Learning activities outside of classroom]
Before each class meeting, students spend about an hour on an experiment that doubles as preparatory learning. After each class meeting, students are expected to spend about 3 hours understanding the content of the course.
[Grading Criteria /Policy]
The overall grade of the class is determined based on the following.
In-class contribution 40%, report 60%.
