Outline (in English)

This course introduces physiological measures to understand mind more deeply. The goal of this course is that students understand what each physiological measure reflects and how to measure it. Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting. The study time will be more than four hours for a class. Grading will be decided based on assignments (80%), and the quality of the students' performance in the class (20%).

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives

心理学では一般に，主観や行動の側面から心をとらえる。これに加え，生理の側面を知ることで，心をより多角的にとらえることができる。本講義では，中枢・末梢神経系のしくみと機能を学んだうえで，心理学研究においてそれらがどのように活用されるかを学ぶ。

到達目標Goal

(1) 中枢・末梢神経系のしくみと機能を理解する。
(2) 心理学において生体信号がどのように測定・解析されるかを理解する。
(3) 感情・認知と生体信号とのかかわりを理解する。

基礎的な知識を講義形式で学んだのち，実際に生体信号を観察し，関連する心理学論文を読むことで理解を深める。授業で課題が課された場合，次の授業開始までに提出する。次の授業の冒頭で課題へのフィードバックを行う。
