Outline (in English)

・The aim of this course is to learn some basic rules concerning how to conduct literature searches, the structure of research articles, and
how to use technical terms, with the ultimate goal of being able to
write research papers in the field of psychology.・
・The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
・It is necessary for students to (1)present their own assigned papers, (2) to attend every class and (3)provide comments, opinions to the presenters.
・Grading will be based on the assumption that students should attend at least two-thirds of the class sessions to receive credit, and 40% of the credit will be given to students for their participation (opinions, questions, etc.). The overall evaluation of the Japanese paper will be made up of 30% for the presentation of the resume and participation in the discussion, and 30% for the English paper (PowerPoint presentation, resume, and participation in the discussion).
