This course focuses on Academic English (writing). Students will build on the skills acquired in Writing (3) A to become more accomplished writers of Academic English. The course culminates in the writing of a final paper which comprises 50% of the final grade, but students will be taken step-by-step through the processes of academic writing to get there.
Homework will be assigned each week. Homework usually consists of
tasks on MyEnglishLab, although other tasks may be assigned from

with the textbook. Students are expected to spend four hours on tasks outside of the regular class time.
