.【Course outline】This course deals with the creating opportunities for people to think about the differences between those who increase their employment opportunities and those who do not, and thinking about who can create business opportunities, and enhancing their own employability and entrepreneurship
【Learning Objectives】 We will create opportunities to understand methods to deepen our understanding of the labor market and the times, to promote and check our self-understanding, and to increase our awareness of our own social roles and employability. In addition, we aim to provide time to contemplate what it means to be an "expert in people," which is one of our greatest strengths as graduates of the School of Career Design.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】A brief report may be given. The standard preparation and review time for this class is about 5 hours in total.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】The final exam will be based on exams (25), reports (25), and submission of class comments upon attendance (50). The final exam will be an open-book exam (students may bring in anything except electronic devices) with two questions. The final exam will be an open-book format (students may bring in their own devices, except for electronic devices), with two questions to see if students have met the objectives.
