Outline (in English)

In this class, practical classes will be conducted with the aim of training entrepreneurs (human resources, entrepreneurs, and entrepreneurs who are responsible for launching new businesses in large companies).

This class will help students acquire the skills required as an entrepreneur and enhance the behavioral and cognitive skills necessary for new business creation and venture management through practical group work.

Students acquire the skills necessary by understanding the framework for creating new businesses, formulating business models, creating business plans, and making presentations as a group.

■Learning Objectives
1. Understand and experience the skills and mindset (entrepreneurship) required to start a business or create a new business.
2. To be exposed to changes in the industry and industry trends, to think about what they should continue to learn, and to set career goals.
3. Be able to think and express their own views during group work.
4. Be able to present their own plans.

■Learning activities outside of classroom
Read in advance about new businesses of major companies offering the theme (issue), books by start-up entrepreneurs, company websites, interview articles, related News, etc.

Assume that the group will actually conduct fieldwork*, group discussions, and preparation of materials in order to formulate business ideas and business plans.
*For fieldwork, it is assumed that online conferencing systems such as ZOOM will be used.
*About the learning time, it may take 3 to 4 hours to formulate a business idea or business plan, which is the standard assignment.
