Outline (in English)
The aim of this course is to help students learn about career counseling practices and understand the significance and methods of career counseling by studying various cases of career counseling.
The first phase is to understand the basics of career counseling.
The second phase will focus on the requirements for being a career counselor and the counseling procedures as well as the psychological assessment and the application of psychological theories in this field. Lastly, you will examine its practical usage by looking into various cases.
By the end of the course, students should be able to do followings:
－Understand the basics of career counseling, i.e.its origin, development history, uniqueness of career counseling and the reason why career counseling is required in today’s society.
－Through case studies of career counseling,
①Understand aspects of modern industrial organizations , especially the psychological problems of working people and the social needs for career counselling.
②Understand and learn how to examine of career counseling cases and help working people.
Students will be expected to have completed the required assignments after each class meeting, Your study time will be more than four hours for a class.
Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
Term-end examination: 50%、Short reports including the approach attitude: 50%

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
キャリアカウンセリングの様々な事例（ケース）を学習することによってキャリアカウンセリングの実践について学び、キャリアカウンセリングの意義や方法について理解することを目的とする。
まずは、キャリアカウンセリングの基礎的な事項－その独自性や起源・発展の経緯、現代社会においてキャリアカウンセリングが求められている背景・ニーズを学ぶ。次に、キャリアカウンセラーに求められる能力（技能）や要件、キャリアカウンセリングの具体的な進め方、心理アセスメントや心理学理論の応用を学ぶ。その上で、様々なケースについて学習し、実践への理解を深めることとする。

・キャリアカウンセリングの基礎的事項について理解できる
・キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタディを通して
①現代社会の様相、特に働く人々が抱える心理的問題、キャリアカウンセリングへの社会的ニーズを理解できる
②キャリアカウンセリングのケースの見立て方、援助方法の理解・習得ができる

学習支援システムを利用したオンデマンド方式の授業形式をとり、以下のような進め方になります。
・各回の講義資料を学習支援システムに配信します。講義資料にて学習し、各回の課題を期限内に学習支援システムに提出していただきます。提出された課題内容への講評及び履修者の感想、質問への回答（Q＆A）を次回以降に配信し全員に共有します。
・各回に提出する課題は、小レポートとなります（全14回）。
・第10回の講義内容（心理アセスメント）に関連して、可能な情勢であれば希望者はアセスメントツールを体験（キャリア情報ルームにて希望者はキャリア・インサイトを受検）していただきます。

キャリアカウンセリングとは何か
カウンセリング、キャリアカウンセリングの定義、他の隣接領域との違いを学ぶ。
第2回[オンライン/online]：カウンセリングの起源と発展
カウンセリングの誕生の背景、キャリアカウンセリングの発展の経緯を学び、キャリアカウンセリングの特質を理解する。
第3回[オンライン/online]：働く人を取り巻く環境変化とキャリア支援
社会経済・雇用環境の変化の経緯を知り、現代においてなぜキャリア支援が必要とされているのか、支援者であるキャリアカウンセラーへの期待、果たせる役割について学ぶ。
第4回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセラーに必要とされる能力
キャリアカウンセラーに必要とされる能力（技能）、要件について学ぶ。
第5回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングの具体的展開
キャリアカウンセリングはどのように行われるのか、具体的な進め方、実践方法を学ぶ。
第6回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ①
ケースの読み取り方、見立て方を学ぶ。
第7回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ②
C.R.ロジャーズの理論を学び、若者への就職支援のケースを考察する。
第8回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ③
転職に纏わる支援のケース、職場の人間関係問題への支援のケースを考察。心理学理論を応用したアプローチを学ぶ。
第9回[オンライン/online]：子育てしながら働く女性への支援④
子育てしながら働く女性の現状と支援について学ぶ。
第10回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングにおける心理アセスメント/ケーススタディ⑤
キャリアカウンセリングにおける心理アセスメントの意義、心理検査の効果的な活用方法、職業選択理論を学ぶ。心理検査を活用したケースにてそれらへの理解を深める。
第11回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ⑥
職業性ストレスモデルを学び、職場不適応のケースを考察する。
第12回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ⑦
ストレス、ストレス・コーピングを学び、職場不適応のケース（管理職編）を考察する。
第13回[オンライン/online]：キャリアカウンセリングのケーススタデイ⑧
職場におけるメンタルヘルス問題への対応、組織開発とキャリアカウンセリングについてケースを通して学ぶ。
第14回[オンライン/online]：まとめと振り返り
これまでの授業の振り返り及び総括のフィードバックを行います。
授業時間外の学習（準備学習・復習・宿題等）Work to be done outside of class (preparation, etc.)
各回の授業に設定された課題（小レポート）を作成し、学習支援システムに期限内に提出していただきます。各回の学習時間・課題作成時間・復習時間は計４時間以上を標準とします。

その他の重要事項Others
担当教員は、人事・教育関連を生業とする民間企業での勤務を経て、民間企業、公的機関において働く人を支援するカウンセラーとして活動を開始し、現在に至っている。キャリアカウンセラーとしての１９年の経験で支援してきた人は5,000人を超える。
これまでの経験をふまえて、今、現実社会で発生している働く人の様々な心理的問題、そしてキャリアカウンセラーの援助の実際について、授業の中で紹介しながら進めていきます。
