Outline (in English)

This course introduces the operation of electronic circuits combining passive and active elements using a circuit simulator. Embedded systems consist of software and hardware. Circuits are an important technology in the hardware. Active elements such as transistors and diodes play an important role in addition to passive elements such as resistors, coils and capacitors. The basic operation of the operational amplifier, which is the basis of the electronic circuit, will be explained, and various application examples of the operational amplifier will be introduced.

【Goal】
The goal of the class is to understand AC analysis and transient analysis methods using circuit simulators, and to acquire techniques that can apply operational amplifiers to various systems.
【Learning activities outside of classroom)】
The standard time to spend preparing and reviewing this lesson is 4 hours. From the theme and contents of each session, learn related parts in advance with reference books. Resolve the test with reference to the lecture materials.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Grades are evaluated based on final exams, tests, and final reports. 70 points for the final exam or final report assignment, and 30 points for the test and simulator exercises. Pass 60 points or more. Attendance rate of 70% or higher is required for grade evaluation.
