Outline (in English)

This is a course on the fundamentals of geometry necessary for computer sciences including computer graphics. I'll lecture about Euclidean geometry, planar geometry, space geometry, curved surface, and projective geometry. Students will learn how to think about problems geometrically by learning expressions and processing of various geometries.
Students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content.
Grading will be decided based on exercises (50%) and term-end examination (50%).
