Outline (in English)

This course provides an introduction to economic and industrial geography. Topic areas include economic globalization, spatial distribution of industrial sectors, multinational corporations, regional economic development, and illegal economic activities.
The goals of this course are to understand the impacts and effects of industrial location on regional economic growth and decline.
After each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the course content
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process in-class report (60%) and term-end examination (40%).
