Outline (in English)

In this course, students are expected to gain foundational knowledge of sociological theory and the ability to apply such knowledge to issues we face in contemporary society. Specific topics to be covered include inequality, education, gender, race and ethnicity, and globalization. Each class consists of lectures, discussions, and activities, and it is essential that each student is prepared to participate actively.
