Outline (in English)

Environmental problems are physical, chemical and biological consequences and reactions on natural ecosystems caused by human activities. In order to understand "what is happening" and "what should be done", scientific knowledge is indispensable. In this lecture, students will learn the basic engineering knowledge regarding mechanisms and countermeasures of local environmental problems such as air pollution, water pollution, waste, soil contamination, noise, odor, harmful substances.
