Outline (in English)
Students will learn international cooperation is being implemented by Japan or international organizations in order for developing countries to achieve sustainable development and how to support them in the future.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
開発途上国が持続可能な開発を達成するために、日本や国際機関はどのような支援を実施しているのか、また、今後、どのように支援を行うべきなのかを学ぶ。将来、国際協力の分野に進んだ学生には、援助のあり方を考える基礎を習得する。
到達目標Goal
インフラ開発に伴う社会環境配慮と環境プロジェクトの相違を理解したうえで、世界銀行やアジア開発銀行、日本のＯＤＡがどのような仕組みで動いているかを理解する。その上で、以下の事例について学習する。
・過去に行われたダム建設に伴う住民移転から得られた教訓
・工業化に伴う公害対策の先例としての日本の公害経験
・開発途上国の資源環境問題の実例としての中国の諸問題
・気候変動対策における援助の方向性
これらをベースにして、持続可能な開発に向けた援助の方向性を見据える。

パワーポイントを用いて講義を進める。パワーポイントはハードコピーを毎回配布し、授業支援システムにもアップする。
国際協力の現場で働く実務家にプレゼンテーションを行って頂く予定である。海外勤務の方にはオンラインで行って頂く。このため、日程はプレゼンターの都合によるので、授業の全体スケジュールはそれに応じて変更される。
