Outline (in English)

In this lecture, each student learns to, instead of making service management theory mere a theory on the desk, 1)set a research question related to service innovation, 2) explain the theoretical framework, 3) form propositions (hypotheses), 4) collect data, and 5) verify hypotheses. Through multiple activities, students gain the ability to bridge reality and theory. Just like any types of sports, students learn academic research rules and improve research skills. Using the theory of service management, they understand what research is (rules), and practice repeatedly by working on in-class tasks over times to enhance their research skills.
