Outline (in English)

The objective of this course is to learn marketing management. Students will learn the traditional marketing concepts such as STP (segmentation, targeting, positioning) and marketing 4P's (product, price, promotion, place), and advanced marketing strategies. The content consists of five main themes:
 1. Essence of marketing and addressing market competition,
 2. Identifying and understanding customer value,
 3. Creating and delivering customer value,
 4. Persuading and communicating customer value,
 5. Innovation in marketing.
This class will help students to understand the innovative frameworks for customer value and customer relationship that capture the essence of today's marketing.
