Outline (in English)

In this course, we will study applied international management theory based on the specific activities of multinational corporations (MNCs). This class will focus on practical discussions and new theories of international management.
The course will begin with a study of recent trends in MNCs (especially MNCs from emerging economies). Next, the course will focus on the individual functions of MNCs (marketing, production, R&D, supply chain management, and human resource management). Moreover, we will discuss global leadership, which is necessary in the age of globalization. Finally, the latest research trends in international management and the future of MNCs will be explained. The goal of this lecture is to provide students with a "measure of thing" that they can refer to in their global activities.
