Outline (in English)

Organizational behaviour seeks to understand human behaviour in organizational contexts. Students will learn the basic concepts and theories of organizational behaviour, mainly developed in social psychology, and sociology. This course will examine the behaviour of people in groups and organizations, such as teamwork, communication, and leadership.
