Outline (in English)

The field covered by the Labor Law is very wide (because it is a matter related to the life of a worker, the existence of a company), so the specific interest adjustment is very complicated. Also, the legal interpretation of the scene to solve the conflict actually occurred is very closely related to the social situation. In that sense, I think that examining concrete cases is the most important to learn labor law. In the classes, we focus on mainly "labor judicial precedent", with regard to the important precedents (initially designated as individual labor relations and collective labor relations), with regard to what kind of profit conflict is present in the actual workplace , I would like to deepen my understanding while discussing with the students, etc., how the Labor Law was interpreted and how the conclusion was led, whether it was reasonable and so on.
