Outline (in English)

In the practice of civil litigation, it is essential to investigate judicial precedents and to have the ability to correctly grasp factual relations, issues, conclusions, reasons, and range of judgment.
Therefore, in this lesson, through the analysis of important cases, we aim to acquire how to read judicial precedents and deepen legal thinking ability.
Furthermore, through submission of report tasks, we aim to acquire the basic demonstration ability as a lawyer.
