Outline (in English)

In order to product architecture that is safe and well organized, sufficient understanding of frame mechanics is of utmost importance. This course, intended as a first step towards structural mechanics, covers topics from the concept of forces to elementary structural characteristics. Viewed in terms of drawing, the study of mechanics is equivalent to a sketch. While learning fundamental principles, emphasis is placed on students solving repeated practice exercises by themself to acquire the characteristics of structure.
