Outline (in English)
This class reinforces the development of a rich vocabulary and accurate grammatical knowledge, and based on this knowledge, aims at the comprehensive development of the four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking). In the science and engineering fields, English is the common language. Technicians and scientists of the future will need the ability to comprehend and communicate in English proficiently. Therefore this course emphasizes the further development of basic, comprehensive skills and knowledge as well as the ability to apply these. As in the previous semester, a variety of effective approaches will be used to improve both understanding and communicative competency.
