Outline (in English)

This course focuses on the concepts, principles, issues, and practices of operations management. The main theme of the course is centered around the management processes (operation processes) for effective operations in organizations involved in the production of goods and the provision of services.

Each session's theme includes operation strategy, process design, production capacity planning, facility location and design, forecasting, production scheduling, inventory management, quality assurance, and project management.

These themes are constructed with the assumption of real organizational operation systems in mind.
