Outline (in English)
(Course outline)
In the airline business, competition among existing airlines has intensified due to deregulation, and survival by only one company became strict. Today, global collaboration and the rise of low-cost airlines including LCC are changing quickly. In this lecture, you can learn the current situation and issues related to the airline business in general.
(Learning Objectives)
. Able to explain differences in flight operations.

3. Able to explain the LCC business model.
4. Able to explain the current situation of airport management in Japan.
5. Able to explain the current situation of the aviation business and inbound tourism.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
航空事業は、規制緩和が進んだことから既存航空会社間の競争が激しくなり、一企業だけで生存することが厳しくなりました。現在ではグローバル規模の連携やLCCをはじめとする低価格航空会社の台頭など、目まぐるしく変化しています。この講義では、航空ビジネス全般に関する現状と課題を学ぶことができる。

②アライアンスの現状とメリットを説明できる。
③LCCのビジネスモデルを説明できる。
④わが国の空港経営の現状を説明できる。
⑤航空ビジネスとインバウンドツーリズムとの現状を説明できる。
