Outline (in English)
(Course outline)
Trade transactions with overseas will become active as the global economy progresses. As in the trade war between the United States and China, protectionism advocacy and efforts to activate trade like TPP are progressing as well. In this lecture, you will be able to learn the realities of trading business by understanding the flow of basic trade transactions and the flow of money.
(Learning Objectives)
Students can acquire basic knowledge related to international logistics and import/export customs clearance from the perspective of international business related to trade transactions. Furthermore, by taking the International Logistics course offered in the fall schooling, students can gain an understanding of international distribution in general.

As preparation, you will need to review the textbook before class and organize the key points.
As review, you will need to check what you have organized as preparation against your notes taken during class to deepen your understanding.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
グローバル経済が進展すると海外との貿易取引が活発になります。米国と中国の貿易戦争のように保護主義の主張とTPPのように貿易を活発化させる取組みも進展しています。この講義では、貿易取引の基礎的な物の流れやお金の流れを理解することにより、貿易ビジネスの実態を学ぶことができます。
到達目標Goal
貿易取引に関係する国際ビジネスの観点から国際物流、輸出入通関に関係する基礎的知識を習得することができる。さらに、秋期スクーリングにて開講される国際物流を履修することにより、国際流通全般を理解することができる。

一般的な講義のほかに、統計資料や視聴覚メディアを活用したり、ディスカッションを行い、参加型の授業を行う。授業内にて、貿易関係企業より「貿易実務現場の状況」をテーマに講演を予定している。なお、試験に関するフィードバックは、
試験終了後に、口頭にて説明する。

受講生より、この演習（春学期スクリーング）の授業を隔年で6時限、7時限に入れ替えて欲しいという要望から、2025年度のこの演習は、6時限にて対応する予定。

「実務経験のある教員による授業」
航空会社に約20年勤務していたことから、貿易と国際輸送に関する内容において実務経験を踏まえて説明する。
