Outline (in English)
(Course outline)
Logistics is one of the management strategies, and it is an important system to promote corporate growth. Therefore, recent companies often see examples of organically coordinating procurement, production, and distribution systems. Through these examples, we can learn the concept of logistics different from the concept of physical distribution so far.
(Learning Objectives)
By the end of this class, you will be able to:
1. Explain that logistics is a business strategy.
2. Use the profitability deterioration formula to determine which
transportation mode is best.
3. Write a report on the importance of logistics.

As preparation, you will need to review the text before class and organize the key points.
As review, you will need to check what you have organized in your preparation against your notes taken during class to deepen your understanding.
The estimated preparation and review time for this class is two hours each.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
ロジスティクスは、経営戦略の一つであり、企業成長を図るうえで重要なシステムです。したがって、最近の企業では、調達・生産・物流システムの有機的連携を図った事例が多く見られます。これらの事例を通して、これまでの物流の概念とは異なるロジスティクスの概念を学ぶことができます。
到達目標Goal
授業の終了時には、以下のことが修得できる。
①ロジスティクスは経営戦略であることを説明できる。
②収益性劣化率の計算式を使用して、どの輸送手段が最善なのか判断できる。
③ロジスティクスの重要性についてレポートを書くことができる。

一般的な講義のほかに、統計資料や視聴覚メディアを活用したり、ディスカッションを行い、参加型の授業を行う。なお、授業内でロジスティクス企業による3PLの現状と課題について講演を予定している。なお、試験に関するフィードバックは、
試験終了後に、口頭にて説明する。

受講生より、授業の時間割を6時限と7時限を隔年で変更して欲しいという要望があり、2025年度の経営学特講（ロジスティクス論）は7時限にて対応する予定。
