Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
This course introduces the basic physics of inorganic and organic materials and the micro- and nanofabrication techniques in order to understand the characteristics of the electronic devices.
(Learning Objectives)
At the end of this course, you will be able to understand the basic operation of the electronic devices fabricated by N/MEMS and printing technologies.
(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Students will be expected to spend four hours on preparing and reviewing each class.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)
Grading will be decided based on the quality of reports (30%) and presentation (70%). To pass this course, students must earn at least 60 points out of 100.
